16800 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 16800 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated here. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 16800 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the services provided by 16800.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 16800. Continued use of the platform following any amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent update will be noted at the end of this document.
The 16800 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful under the laws of your region.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 16800 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 16800 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our customer support immediately at [email protected].
All information provided during registration and all activity under your account are your own responsibility. 16800 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure platform security and regulatory compliance.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 16800 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the stated terms. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable local laws.
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the 16800 platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or any system designed to unlawfully exploit the platform.
- Spreading false or misleading information, or any content that could damage the reputation of 16800 or its users.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or financial misconduct.
Any breach of the above rules may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately, without prior notice and without any refund of remaining account balance.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 16800 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX and listed digital wallets. 16800 does not support payments through methods not listed on the platform.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a short time. However, 16800 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Should you experience any deposit-related issues, please contact our customer support with the relevant proof of transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require users to submit additional documents for compliance purposes. 16800 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected on the account. All valid withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's prevailing procedures at the time of the request.
16800 does not charge any hidden fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
16800 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, system abuse, or any attempt to exploit the platform.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Any activity that is unlawful or that exposes 16800 to legal or financial risk.
- Requests from legitimate relevant authorities.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 16800 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled. Any eligible account balance will be returned in accordance with the prevailing procedures, subject to verification requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Applicable Law
Limitation of Liability: 16800 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. In any event, 16800's maximum liability to a user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property: All content on the 16800 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 16800 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without express written permission from 16800.
Third-Party Links: The 16800 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 16800 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: 16800 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the amended terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
